Online counselling offers a safe, confidential and supportive space to talk things through from wherever you feel most comfortable.
You may be looking for support with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, family issues, stress, self-esteem, grief, trauma, neurodivergence, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. Whatever has brought you here, counselling can give you space to slow down, make sense of what you are feeling, and begin to understand yourself with more compassion.
My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I work gently and collaboratively, supporting you to explore patterns, emotions, relationships and past experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Online sessions can offer flexibility around work, family life and other commitments, whilst still providing a meaningful therapeutic relationship and consistent support.
