Client Reflections

Counselling is a deeply personal and confidential experience. I will never ask or expect a client to leave a public review about their counselling.

Occasionally, clients naturally choose to share reflections with me about their experience of therapy, the work we have done together or changes they have noticed in themselves. Sometimes a client has also said that they would be happy for their words to be shared if they might help someone else who is considering counselling.

The reflections shared here are included only with permission and are anonymised to protect client confidentiality.

When I had counselling before, I was with them for six months and I never touched on what my real issues or resolved it until now after only eight sessions thank you .

Face-to-Face Counselling

One of the best things i ever did , so glad i found Sara .

Online Counselling

Sessions never felt forced or awkward it was just like having a honest chat with someone who really gets it.

Face-to-Face Counselling

SO down to earth, and real explains everything to me so i can understand using everyday analogies that have stuck with me .

Online Counselling

I felt heard and validated right from our first session. Sara helped me make sense of patterns I had been feeling stuck in for years with such calm and warmth.

Online Counselling

Having a quiet, dedicated space each week allowed me to finally process things at my own pace without feeling rushed or judged.

Face-to-Face Counselling

I was so nervous before my first session, but Sara made me feel comfortable within five minutes."

Sara doesn't just sit back and nod; she actually listens and helps you figure things out.

I never felt judged, even when I was talking about things I was ashamed, or felt guilty about.

A note about client reflections

Every person’s experience of counselling is individual. These reflections represent the personal experiences of individual clients and are not intended as a promise or guarantee of particular outcomes. No client is ever required or expected to provide feedback for publication. Reflections are shared only with permission and identifying information is not included.

Professional Feedback

Alongside my counselling work, I provide clinical supervision and professional support to other counsellors. You can also read independently published feedback about my work on Google.
