How to Book Your Session
Booking your first session is simple, and there's no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
1. Get in Touch
Send me a brief email sharing what has brought you to therapy and anything you feel comfortable telling me at this stage. You may also wish to let me know your preferred days, times and whether you have any questions before booking.
2. If You're Feeling Unsure
If you're feeling a little uncertain about starting therapy, you're very welcome to request a free 15-minute introductory phone call. This gives us the opportunity to say hello, answer any questions and help you decide whether I'm the right counsellor for you.
3. Booking Your Appointment
Once you've decided you'd like to book, I'll send you a counselling agreement, contact form and the information you'll need before your first session.
4. Confirming Your Session
Once we've agreed a suitable day and time, payment confirms your appointment. You'll then receive your Zoom link and everything you need to join your online session.
5. Preparing for Your First Session
It's completely natural to feel a little nervous before your first appointment. To help you know what to expect, I've written a guide explaining what happens in a first counselling session, along with a few gentle tips to help you prepare.
