A warm welcome

I’m Sara, the therapist behind Blooming Therapy.

I offer calm, collaborative and trauma-informed support for adults, supervisees and professionals.

Whether you are looking for counselling, group support or supervision, you are welcome to get in touch. We can explore what support you are looking for and whether Blooming Therapy feels like the right fit.

I offer sessions at a range of times to help make support more accessible around work, family and other commitments.

Appointments are usually available on weekdays between 8am and 7pm, with a small number of early morning sessions available on Saturdays.

Although I offer a range of appointment times, I am mindful about the number of clients, supervisees and groups I work with at any one time. This allows me to practise ethically and offer each person thoughtful, consistent and attentive support.

Group support sessions are usually held in the evenings to make them easier to attend alongside work, parenting or caring responsibilities.

Please get in touch to ask about current availability, counselling, group support or supervision.

Looking for More Support?

Alongside counselling, I share reflections and articles on topics that many clients bring to therapy, including relationship difficulties, trauma bonds, family dynamics, relationship grief, ADHD, communication and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're looking for reassurance, understanding or simply a different perspective, you may find something in the blog that could be helpful to you.
