Blooming Therapy Services
One-to-One Counselling
One-to-one counselling offers a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly about what is happening for you, without judgement or pressure.
Sessions are led by what you need. You may want to explore a specific issue, make sense of a difficult relationship, process grief or trauma, manage anxiety, rebuild confidence, or understand patterns that keep leaving you feeling stuck or emotionally overwhelmed.
Therapy is not about being told what to do. It is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, explore your feelings, and support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer support with areas such as relationship difficulties, trauma bonds, coercive control, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse recovery, separation, divorce, anxiety, grief, family dynamics, low self-worth, identity and emotional overwhelm.
Some people come to counselling for a few sessions to focus on something specific. Others choose longer-term therapy because they value having regular space to reflect, process and grow.
There is no right or wrong way to use therapy. We can talk together about what you need and what may feel most helpful.
One-to-one counselling sessions are available online.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at
£60-£75 per session
I also offer single-session therapy for those who may want space to talk through something specific without committing to ongoing work.

Relationship & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Groups
Blooming Therapy also offers small, structured online support groups for people who are currently in, or recovering from, narcissistic, emotionally abusive or controlling relationships
Blooming Therapy Recovery Groups
These groups are designed to offer a safe and supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what has happened, reduce isolation, understand the impact of trauma bonds and coercive control, and reconnect with your own voice, boundaries and self-trust.
The group combines emotional support, shared reflection and psychoeducation. This means there is space to talk and process, alongside clear information to help you understand patterns such as gaslighting, love-bombing, trauma bonding, intermittent reinforcement, boundaries, self-doubt and rebuilding identity after a difficult relationship.
The group runs over six weeks and follows a structured therapeutic programme.
The six-week programme includes:
Week 1: Out of the Fog : Breaking the silence, validating reality and creating a safe group space.
Week 2: The Hook: Understanding love-bombing, grooming and the illusion of the ideal relationship.
Week 3: The Trauma Bond :Exploring why it can feel so hard to leave, detach or maintain no contact.
Week 4: Boundaries & Strategic Detachment: Looking at protective boundaries, grey rock, no contact and managing ongoing ties safely.
Week 5: Rebuilding Self-Trust: Exploring identity, confidence, self-worth and reconnecting with yourself.
Week 6: Moving Forward :Reflecting on growth, red flags, future safeguards and life beyond survival.

Clinical & Professional Supervision
I offer supportive, reflective and collaborative supervision for counsellors, trainees and professionals working in emotionally demanding roles.
Supervision provides a regular space to reflect on your work, think through ethical or clinical issues, explore risk and safeguarding, and consider the emotional impact of the work you hold for others.
My approach is relational, grounded and honest. I aim to offer a space where you can bring the full reality of the work — the questions, the uncertainty, the stuck points, the emotional responses, and the moments where things feel complex.
Good supervision should feel supportive and appropriately challenging. It should help you feel more confident, reflective and grounded in your practice.
Supervision may include space to explore:
Client work and therapeutic process
Ethical decision-making
Risk, safeguarding and boundaries
Professional confidence and development
The emotional impact of the work
Private practice, agency or organisational pressures
Trauma-informed practice
Relationship dynamics, abuse, coercive control and complex presentations
Clinical Supervision Fees
60-minute individual supervision session — £60
90-minute individual supervision session — £75
Supervision is available online. Sessions can be arranged monthly, fortnightly or as needed depending on your caseload, professional requirements and circumstances.
Supervision for Trainee Counsellors
I offer supervision for trainee counsellors who are currently on counselling courses, in placement, or preparing to begin client work.
Training can feel exciting, exposing and overwhelming at times. Supervision gives you a steady space to reflect on your client work, placement experience, confidence, boundaries, ethics and developing identity as a counsellor.
I can support you to think about your client work, course expectations, placement requirements and professional development in a way that feels supportive, clear and grounded.
You do not need to bring a polished version of yourself to supervision. It is okay to bring questions, uncertainty and the parts of the work that feel difficult.
Trainee Supervision Fees
60-minute trainee supervision session — £40
90-minute trainee supervision session — £60
Sessions are available online and can be arranged around course or placement requirements.
Professional Reflective Supervision
I also offer professional reflective supervision for people working in emotionally demanding roles, including education, pastoral care, safeguarding, domestic abuse services, family support, wellbeing roles and other helping professions.
This is not therapy, but it does provide a confidential space to reflect on the emotional and professional impact of your work.
Professional supervision can help you process difficult situations, maintain boundaries, reduce overwhelm, strengthen confidence and feel less isolated in your role.
